Interim open space is deemed as open space by the County, but is owned by a private entity other than the County. Interim open space may not be developed under the current zoning codes, but the chance for development may exist down the road.
Wasn’t Fobes Hill offering Lease Purchases in the past?
Yes they were. A lease purchase may become available with an existing home in the plat, but they will not be offered at this time with the new construction.
Can I pick a floor plan I like for a particular lot?
Yes. However, not all 3 of our approved Fobes Hill plans are interchangeable for each lot. Due to varying width and depth, not all 3 plans are interchangeable on each lot. Call for details.

What Utilities are included at Fobes Hill?
Paved Streets, City Water, phone, and cable. Septic tanks and propane also service the homes in Fobes Hill.
Are there any restrictions in the community?
